  • Spaghetti 0.7 lb (320 g)
  • Black pepper to taste – corns
  • Pecorino Romano cheese 7 oz (200 g) – medium seasoning, to be grated
  • Fine salt to taste

Step 1: While boiling your water for the pasta, grate the pecorino cheese and grind the pepper corn until fully crushed.

Step 2: Over low heat, place the crushed pepper into a non-stick pan and add a few tablespoons of your cooked pastawater. Add your cooked pasta to the mixture and stir.

Step 3: In a separate bowl add the grated pecorino cheese, with a ladle of the pasta water then stir till you have theconsistency of your liking.

Step 4: Turn off the heat of your pasta, and now add the cheese mixture into the pan. Now it is just time to stir.

Step 5: Plate the dish and enjoy with a nice bottle of white wine your choice as this compliments the flavors.
